Saving the Document


             When you feel that you are done with your document, you must save
             your  document.  It  avoids  to  loose  work  you  have  done  on  a  Word

             document. Once the document is saved, you can review and edit it any

             time in future.






             To Save the document.


             1.  Click on the File           tab.

                     The  Backstage  View

                    will appear.                                         2

             2.   Click  on  the  Save  As

                    button.


             3.   Click on Browse           .
                                                                       The  Save  As  dialog  box  will

                                                                       appear.





                                                                4.   Navigate to the folder in which

                                                                       you want to save your
                                                                       document.

             6.  Click on the Save
