Adjusting ClearType Settings

ClearType is Microsoft’s implementation of technology in furnishing text in a font

system. ClearType attempts to improve the appearance of text on certain types
of computer display screens for additional intensity variation. Use of this
smooths the edges of the words on your device making them sharp and clear.

To adjust ClearType settings.

1. From the Display settings, select Advanced

display settings.

The ADVANCED DISPLAY SETTINGS window

will appear.

2. Choose ClearType text below Related settings .

The ClearType dialog box will appear.
3. Follow the

instructions,
