Adjectives
Adjectives are words that give more information about a noun or a pronoun.
Words like hungry, angry, wild, ugly and brown are adjectives.
An adjective may tell you about:
G the state of a noun or a pronoun : happy, angry, sad, wild
G the size of a noun or a pronoun : large, small, thin, heavy
G the colour of a noun or a pronoun : blue, red, pink, dark
G the number of a noun or a pronoun : two, ten, first, last
