Adjectives
Words which describe a noun are called adjectives .

They tell us about the good or bad qualities of a person, place or thing.

For example:

He is a tall and smart boy.
Adjectives also tell about the quantity and number of things.

For example:

I have some apples.
I have hundred coins.

There is a little milk in the jug.

One, two etc. show definite numbers.
Some, few, little, all, etc. show indefinite numbers.

Each, every, both, etc. show distributive numerals.
