              A.  Make  a  list  of  fruits  which  have  sour  taste.  Taste  these  fruits  one-by-one  and  write  the
                  difference in their tastes.
              B.  Take a small cup of milk and boil it, when it starts boiling put a small piece of alum in it. In a
                  few minutes you will observe that the milk spoils. Cool the milk and separate the residue and
                  liquid. The liquid you get is lac c acid.
