              healthy  and  protect  us  from  diseases.  Fruits

              and  vegetables  are  rich  in  minerals  and
              vitamins.

              Some food help us in body building


              Food like pulses, fish, egg, meat, etc. are rich in protein. They help

              our body to grow. They make our bones and muscles strong. They
              help in repairing damaged body parts.


              In the growing age, children should eat protein-rich food.

                Some of the methods of cooking are boiling, baking, roasting, frying and
                steaming.
