G Reflexive Pronouns behave like objects of the verbs and are receivers of the action.
They refer to the same person as the subject.
Read the following examples:
1. I create the presentation myself .
2. He blamed himself for the mistake.
G Emphasising Pronouns are same as reflexive pronouns and are used to convey emphasis.
Read the following examples:
1. We ourselves finished our projects.
2. She herself will do it.
G Demonstrative Pronouns are used to point out and to identify specific nouns.
Read the following examples:
1. That is a circuit breaker.
2. These are my books.
G Indefinite Pronouns do not refer to any particular person or thing. They may be of
two types –
1. of pronouns : some (of the bags), both (of the students)
much (of the work), none (of my friends)
2. compound pronouns : everyone, everybody, someone, somebody, no one,
anybody, nothing, something.
G Distributive Pronouns refer to the number of persons or things and do not point out
to a specific person or thing.

1. Each of the boy was given a gift.
2. Either you I have to fetch him from school.or
G Interrogative Pronouns are used for asking questions.
Read the following examples:
1. Who told you to do that?
2. To whom are you speaking?
G Possessive Pronouns are used to show possession.
Read the following examples:
1. This book is mine .
2. Your book is on the table.
