             A sentence is a group of words arranged in a proper order to make sense

             as a statement, question, command or exclamation.






                                                     Do you like
                                                        pizza?




                      Yes, I
                     like it.



                                                                                          I don’t like
                                                                                             pizza.


















             Whenever, we speak or write, we have to use a word or a
                                                                                         A sentence always has a
             group of words to express our feelings and thoughts. These
                                                                                          verb in it. A verb is the
             groups  of  words  which  make  complete  sense  are  called
                                                                                       most important component
             sentence.  It  begins  with  a  capital  letter  and  ends  with  a              of a sentence.
             fullstop (.), question mark (?) or an exclamation mark (!).
             Read the following examples:

                  1.  The girl wearing a red frock is my sister.

                  2.  An elephant has big ears and a long trunk.
             A Phrase   is a group of words that makes sense but not complete sense.

             Read the following examples:

                  1.  over the bridge                   2.  were running
