Active Voice: The sentence begins with the root form of the verb

Passive Voice: Let + object + be + past participle form of the verb
Read the following examples:

1. Close the door. (active voice)
2. Let the door be closed . (passive voice)

A. Fill in the blanks with active and passive form of the verb. (All verbs in past tense)
