A. Visit a nursery/green house, know how they grow seedlings and plants and how gardener
regulate sunlight, water and carbon dioxide. Note down the observa ons in your notebook.

B. Collect the pictures of some different types of plants which may also include saprophytes,
parasites, symbio c plants and insec vorous plants. Paste these pictures on a chart paper and
write their names and the basic structure of the plants which help them survive on different
modes of nutri on.

C. Make the model of ‘pitcher plant’ with the help of thermocol and write its various parts.
