To find the sum of a list of numbers.
1. Click on the cell to which you want to enter the function.
2. Click on the Home tab.
3. Click on the down arrow of Autosum .
A drop-down list of some common functions will appear.
4. Click on the function you want to use.

A moving outline will appear around the cells that will be included in the calculation.
5. Press the Enter key.
The result will appear in the cell.
