When we are not working or busy and are free to do anything of
our choice, it is called free time.
We all need time for relaxing ourselves. This is called recreation.
“All work and no play makes jack a dull boy”. So we should have
fun by doing things which we enjoy to do.
There are many activities which you can do to feel relaxed and
fresh.
Indoor Activities
g We can listen to music.
g We can read a book. .
g We can watch television.
g We can play indoor games like ludo,
carrom, cards, chess, etc.
g We can do drawing, colouring and painting.
g We can do singing and dancing.
