played with the hands.

goblet shaped drum from West African countries. It is
played with bare hands.

The nose flute is a popular instrument in the
polynesian islands. It is made from a single piece of
bamboo and has three fingerholes. Air is blown into it
from the nostrils.

A gusle is a round one-string instrument. The string is
bound at the top of the neck of the instrument with a
tuning peg. It is very famous in Yugoslavia.
