A. In this chapter, you have studied about food, its importance and its sources. Now, prepare a
project on food and its sources. Collect the pictures of various types of foods and paste them
on a chart paper. Write their importance for our health.
B. Make a list of food items generally taken by people of different regions of India. If possible,
also paste the picture of those food items. Place these on a large outline map of India to
display in your classroom.
