* A patriarchal family is the one in which a male is the head of the family.
* A matriarchal family is the one in which a female is the head of the family.
Some values that we learn from our family are as follow:
g To be truthful and honest.
g To respect and obey elders.
g To help the poor and needy people.
g To share things with others.
g To be sincere in all the works we do.
g To be polite with all.
g To keep our house and surroundings clean.
* A group of people closely related by blood, living together under one roof is
called a family.
* A family where a father, a mother and their children live together is called a
nuclear family.
* A family where more than two generations live together under one roof is
called a joint family.
* The members of a family are related to each other by marriage, birth or
adoption.
* A family lays the foundation of a human being.
