44 Asian Games 2018
The Asian Games 2018, the largest Asian sporting event was held in Jakarta
and Palembang in Indonesia. This is the first time that the games are being
hosted by two cities together.
The opening and closing ceremonies of the games will be held at the Gelora
Bung Karno Main Stadium in Jakarta.

The tournament will host around 10,000
athletes from 45 countries, competing in
39 sports. This was the second time
Indonesia hosted the Asian Games after
the Jakarta Asian Games in 1962.
