45 Eat Well, Live Well !!
A balanced diet helps to maintain a healthy body. If you eat the right food
in the right amount, you should be the right weight for your height and not
have too much body fat. This will in turn mean your body works
effectively, you will feel happy and you will be less prone to diseases, such
as diabetes and cancer.
The table given below shows the amount of various food items that make
up a balanced diet.
