A sentence which has negative words is called a negative sentence                      and the words
             no not nothing never,   ,   ,   , etc. are called  negative words.

             Read the following examples:

                   1.  They do not       like this movie.

                   2.  He is not     feeling well.
             Negative sentences can be make in the following ways:


             The verb be (is, are, am)

             In the negative sentence, we put not           after the verb form of be      .

             Read the following examples:
             1.  Mr Verma is a doctor.

                   Mr Verma is not      a doctor.

             2.  We are playing.

                   We are not     playing.

             In case of will be    and shall be   , we put not     between will / shall and be.
             Read the following examples:


             1.  She will be going to the market.

                   She will not be     going to the market.

             2.  I shall be getting ready for the party.

                   I shall not be   getting ready for the party.

             The verb have (has, have, had)

             Read the following examples:

             1.  You have a bag.

                   You have no     bag.

                   You do not have      a bag. (any bag)

             2.  I had a bicycle.

                   I had no   bicycle.

                   I did not have    a bicycle.   (any bicycle)
