Example : Arrange the following numbers in descending order using the
symbol : 5035, 428012, 1506, 27391, 41752.

Solution : Here, the greatest number is 428012. The next number smaller

than 428012 is 41752. The other numbers less than 41752 in

order are : 27391, 5035 and 1506.

\ The given numbers, when arranged in descending order, are :

428012 > 41752 > 27391 > 5035 > 1506
