is clean and tidy. For this, we have

to clear the waste and unwanted
things from our house.

Let us study how can we do so.

Waste Materials

Garbage is a name given to unwanted
things that make our house and

surroundings dirty. We produce lots of
waste materials in the houses, schools,
offices and factories everyday. This waste
has to be disposed off in such a way that

it does not have any harmful impact on
our surroundings. If the garbage is not
disposed off regularly, it becomes a Garbage Dump
breeding ground for various harmful insects and germs. Typhoid, cholera

and diarrhoea are some common diseases that spread due to the rotten
waste.
