Word Problems

Example : A bucket had 10 l 250 ml of milk. 8 l 680 ml of milk was used. How

much milk was left in the bucket ?

Solution : l ml

Bucket contained = 10 250

Milk used = – 8 680

Milk left = 1 570

1 l 570 ml of milk was left in the bucket.
