Care of Our Teeth
We need to take good care of our teeth. If we do not take good care of our
teeth, they will decay and fall off. If we lose a permanent teeth, we will not
get it back. As we eat throughout the day, a thin layer of food gets
deposited on our teeth. So, we should rinse our mouth with water after
every meal, otherwise a yellow layer called plaque will get deposited on our
teeth.
This plaque causes decay of teeth. So, we should follow healthy habits to
keep our teeth clean and strong.
g We should rinse our mouth after every
meal to remove the food particles stuck
in the teeth.
g We should follow the correct method of
brushing our teeth. Always move the
toothbrush from the gums towards the
edge of the teeth. Then, move the brush
back and forth, gently in short strokes. Rinse your mouth after every meal.
