              Organisations that Care for Animals

              There are some organisations that care for animals and protect them. Let us

              study about some such organisations.
              1.  PETA  (People  for  the  Ethical  Treatment  of  Animals)                        is  the  largest

                  animal rights organisation in the world.

                   It discourages the use of leather and fur products and use of animals in
                  circus and for scientific experiments.

              2.  People for Animals           is a welfare organisation which campaigns to end
                  cruelty towards animals.





               * Like  us,  animals  also  use  their  sense  organs  to  communicate  with  one

                  another, find food and escape danger.
               * Different animals sleep in different ways.

               * Some animals are in the danger of getting extinct.
               * We need to preserve and protect our wildlife.
